NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Before the stars take to the stage of the 46th Annual CMA Awards show, many will take time to take advantage of free giveaways from high end vendors.

Backstage at the CMA Awards show, celebrities often visit "The Gift Garden" where they can often receive an array of products from high end vendors.

"The artists flip for this line. We have so many success stories. We sent a box of goodies off to Carrie Underwood last year and within 30 minutes we look up on the monitor and she's rehearsing in one of the tops," Lash Fary, owner of Distinctive Assets said.

Fary also told Nashville's News 2 Faith Hill and her daughters also took advantage of the freebies last year.

Atwood Hats is another top vendor that celebrities can choose merchandise from on the day of the awards show.

"They are very affordable, between $60 to $120 on average and they go up to $1,200," Fary said.

In addition to the cowboy hats and fashionable clothes, stars will also be able to pick out makeup from Sephora, western style jewelry, perfume, sunglasses and even face masks.

"Let's face it, the stars have to look the best, guys and girls," Fary said.

While the giveaways are billed as a thank you to the stars, the real pay off is for the vendors, especially if a celebrity is seen wearing, eating or using their product.

Coverage of the CMA Awards begins with live coverage from the red carpet on Nashville's News 2 beginning at 4 p.m. and online at wkrn.com.
