Multi-vehicle crash slows traffic on I-24 in Davidson County

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Traffic was slowed along Interstate 24 in Davidson County Tuesday morning after reports of a multi-vehicle accident.

The incident was reported just before 6 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of I-24 near the Haywood Lane exit at mile marker 57.

According to the Tennessee Department of Transportation, three lanes of eastbound traffic were blocked for about an hour.

No further details were immediately released.
