FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. -
Arrests are expected Thursday in the murders of six people, including a pregnant woman, in southern Tennessee and northern Alabama earlier this week.
A source in the Madison County Sheriff's Office told WAAY-TV in Huntsville two suspects were developed during the investigation overnight Wednesday and they hope to bring capital murder charges against them later on Thursday.
Both are already in custody on other charges.
The TV station reported one is being held in Huntsville, and the other is in Lincoln County, Tennessee.
Three women and a toddler were killed at two homes in Fayetteville on Monday. Two men were found dead Tuesday in two different locations in Madison County, Alabama.
One of the men, Warren Vincent Crutcher, is the alleged link between the victims.
Authorities say he had former or current relationships with the three women, 22-year-old Chabreya Campbell, 21-year-old Amber McCaulley and 21-year-old Jessica Brown, and was an acquaintance of the sixth victim, Jeffery Pope.
