Shooting outside Waffle House leaves woman hospitalized

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

A shooting outside the Murfreesboro Road Waffle House sent one woman to the hospital.

According to reports, the woman was shot outside the building after an altercation down the street.

The incident happened just after 3 a.m. Sunday.

No one inside the restaurant was injured.

The female victim is expected to recover.
