CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. -

A Clarksville man came home to find a man standing in his backyard drinking a beer stolen from his own fridge Friday.

The homeowner arrived at his residence and discovered his home had been broken into and several items were missing.

The homeowner then went outside and saw Kylan Brock, a man wanted for burglarizing the New Providence United Methodist Church, standing in his backyard.

Brock admitted the beer was from the refrigerator inside the home, but when told police were on their way he fled the scene. Brock also left his I.D. inside the home.

Police said all the stolen items were in Brock's possession.

An officer found Brock walking down Bluegrass Road and arrested him on charges of aggravated burglary and burglary.

He was booked in the Montgomery County jail on a $35,000 bond.
