NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Tennessee quarterback Jake Locker returned to the practice field Wednesday for the Titans. It was his first practice since injuring his non-throwing shoulder against the Houston Texans.

Head Coach Mike Munchak said the next step is to see how Locker responds and as long as there is no kind of "setback" Locker is expected to be back in the starting line-up next week against Indianapolis at LP Field.

The Titans are (2-4) this season, with both Locker and Matt Hasselbeck leading the team to a win at quarterback.

Locker beat the Lions week three and Hasselbeck beat the Steelers last Thursday night.

Hasselbeck will start once again this Sunday at Buffalo, with Rusty Smith backing him up.

Locker is not expected to dress for the game.
