Police investigate single car crash in Forest Hills

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Police are investigating a single car accident that occurred in Forest Hills on Tuesday afternoon.

The wreck occurred around 1:15 p.m. in the 4300 block of Chickering Lane off Chickering Road and Old Hickory Boulevard.

Authorities said the driver of the vehicle, whose identity was not released, lost control of her SUV before flipping.

She was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Police are continuing to investigate.

No additional information was released.
