Truck leaking fuel slows traffic along I-65

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Traffic was slow along Interstate 65 just south of the Interstate 440 split Tuesday morning after a multi-vehicle accident caused a truck to leak fuel.

The incident happened just before 7:30 a.m. along I-65 North at mile marker 80 near Armory Drive.

Northbound traffic was affected with the roadway partially blocked. Traffic was backed up for several miles.

The scene was cleared and interstate reopened just after 11 a.m.

No further details were immediately released.
