Locker out, Hasselbeck to start Sunday against Bills

It looks like Jake Locker will miss his third straight game with a left shoulder injury.

Head coach Mike Munchak indicated Monday Matt Hasselbeck would start at quarterback once again for the Titans Sunday at Buffalo.

Munchak said Locker is getting better and when he's healthy, he's the starter, but there's no in between.

After struggling at Houston and Minnesota, Hasselbeck led the Titans to an upset of the Pittsburgh Steelers Thursday night at LP Field.

Locker has been out since dislocating his left shoulder in Houston on September 30.  It was the second time this season he's suffered the same injury.
