Car shot several times, man, toddler injured - WKRN, Nashville News, Nashville Weather and Sports

Police are investigating a north Nashville shooting that injured a 19-year-old and a two-year-old.
The shooting happened just before 11 p.m. on Friday. Officers responded to the Knoll Crest Apartments on Creekwood Drive. The shooting took place on Ewingdale Drive, police said.
Authorities told News 2 the car had as many as eight bullet holes in the driver's side.
The 19-year-old driver was shot in the leg. The toddler's arm was grazed by a bullet.
The child's mother was also in the vehicle. She was not injured.
No other details were released. The investigation is ongoing.
