The Atlanta Braves locked up a spot in the post season in dramatic fashion Tuesday night.
First baseman Freddie Freeman hit a two-run homer in the ninth to push the Braves past the Miami Marlins 4-3.
Last year the Braves blew a huge lead in the final weeks of the season, but Freeman's blast locked up one of two wild-card spots in the National League.
Longtime star Chipper Jones, who plans to retire at the end of the season, led off the ninth with a double and scored when Freeman's 22nd homer easily cleared the center-field wall.
