Victims forced to take off shorts in armed holdup

SPRING HILL, Tenn. -

Police in Spring Hill are seeking the public's help identifying the armed suspects who robbed two men in the parking lot of the Kroger store on Port Royal Road.

The robbery happened around 6 a.m. Sunday.

The victims told police the suspects forced them to the ground and made them take off their shorts.

News 2 obtained the victims' 911 call to Spring Hill police.

"He pulled up right behind our vehicle and asked us for weed and then right after we started walking back, after we said, 'No,' he said, 'Get down on the ground. Get your stuff out of your pockets and lay down on the ground or we'll shoot you,'" the victim told the 911 operator.

A handgun was displayed by one of the suspects during the robbery.

Police said the suspect's stole the victims' shorts which contained cell phones, cash and other personal items.

The suspects are described as four male blacks.

They fled the scene in a newer model white Chevy Impala with tinted windows, big rims and a rear spoiler.

The victims were not injured.
