NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
Metro police arrested a man Monday afternoon following an alleged rape in the bathroom of Nashville McDonald's restaurant.
The victim told police she was in the McDonald's parking lot located at 2311 Brick Church Pike around 3 p.m. when the suspect, later identified as Casey Dugger, approached her and offered to pay her $500 for sex.
After refusing the man's offer, stating she was "not a prostitute," the victim told investigators she walked into the McDonald's and into a bathroom stall to getaway from the man.
According to the affidavit, Dugger followed her into the bathroom, told her he was a police officer and then proceeded to rape her.
The victim was able to break free and roll under the bathroom stall door. She called police a short time later.
Dugger was located at a nearby Subway restaurant and arrested.
He faces charges of rape, attempted rape, criminal impersonation of a law enforcement officer and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia after a burnt, rolled up piece of tin foil was found in his pocket.
Dugger was booked into the Metro jail on a $107,500 bond.
