Two hundred and fifty special guests who bought VIP tickets to sit on the "Front Porch" at stage level will be fed a gourmet meal from the band's personal chef.
Chef Rusty Hamlin has known Zac Brown for most of his life and worked at a restaurant Brown owned when the band was just getting started.
When Brown sold the restaurant to purchase a tour bus, he brought Hamlin on board to travel the country, creating gourmet dishes.
This weekend, at the Southern Ground Music and Food Festival, they'll be sharing them with fans.
"The four course dinner that we put up is all served family style, just like we would back in Georgia at home, so what we're doing is super serving our fans while sticking to who we are," Hamlin explained. "This is exactly what we do when we get home, we end up having dinner and playing music and sitting around a big table and eating."
The festival runs through Saturday and features the ZBB, Amos Lee and Los Lonely Boys.
Sit-in performances by Alan Jackson, Sheryl Crow and Greg Allman are also scheduled.
