Man in custody after robbing Hermitage bank

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Metro police arrested a man minutes after he robbed a Hermitage bank on Friday afternoon.

The robbery was reported around 3:40 p.m. at the U.S. Bank located in the 3800 block of Lebanon Pike.

Police apprehended the suspect, identified as 47-year-old Randy Fielder, a short time later nearby at his home on Juarez Drive.

No injuries were reported.
