NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
A Nashville couple charged in a DUI accident that left two people dead last December are expected to be formally charged in court Friday.
Trevor Bradshaw and Erin Brown were each indicted in August on two felony counts for vehicular homicide by intoxication and one felony count for assault with a deadly weapon, among other charges.
Jordan Hawbaker, a witness to the crash, will also face his arraignment for allegedly telling Bradshaw to flee the scene.
Michael Brooksher and Tommy Allen were both killed in the crash.
Allen's family filed the suit against the couple and is also suing the company that hosted the holiday party the two attended prior to the incident.
