Former model sues ex for $2.5M for parking lot assault

Police said Jordan Looper, 28, intentionally ran over his ex-girlfriend Whitney Wiser last September.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

A Nashville woman is suing her ex-boyfriend for $2.5 million following an assault in the Dell Computers parking lot last year.

Police said Jordan Looper ran over Whitney Wiser and dragged her behind his SUV after she broke up with him.

The former swimsuit model's lawsuit claims she suffered spinal injuries and permanent disfigurement as a result of the assault.

Looper pleaded guilty this week to attempted second degree murder and is now behind bars awaiting sentencing.

Wiser worked at Dell Computers at the time of the incident.
