NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

A 13-year-old runaway from Texas was apprehended Thursday night after she was caught driving through Nashville.

Tennessee State Trooper Dwayne Stanford heard the be on the lookout issued for the Houston teen and pulled into the median along Interstate 40 in western Davidson County to watch for her car.

Elizabeth Annette Robinson was reportedly headed to Hodgenville, Kentucky to meet a boy she met online while playing Xbox and had been last seen around 2 p.m. in Hope, Arkansas.

After calculating the travel time, Trooper Stanford estimated Robinson would be traveling through Nashville between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m.

Sure enough, he spotted the vehicle just before 10:30 p.m. and pulled her over at the Highway 70S exit in Bellevue.

The trooper reported Robinson was wearing a Texas Longhorns hat and nearly struck the guardrail going around the curve as she exited the interstate.

She was taken into custody and transported to the Metro Juvenile Detention Center.
