Man injured in shooting, gunman at large

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

One person was injured in a Nashville shooting late Wednesday afternoon.

The incident occurred around 5:20 p.m. at 39 Wharf Avenue, near Cameron Middle School.

Police said the 27-year-old victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The suspect remains at large.

The victim's identity was not immediately released.

Anyone with information on the shooting is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
