SPRING HILL, Tenn. -
A highway on-ramp in Spring Hill was shut down for several hours following a rollover accident early Wednesday morning.
The incident happened at the Main Street ramp to Saturn Parkway East just before 5 a.m.
According to officials, the truck, hauling mulch, gravel and sand, was attempting to enter Saturn Parkway when the driver hit the median, went into a ditch and overturned.
A HAZMAT crew was called to the scene when police discovered fuel was leaking from the truck.
The driver was sent to the hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Crews were able to upright the truck shortly before 7 a.m.
The roadway reopened around 12 Noon.
