NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
Alcohol may have been the cause of an overnight rollover accident in west Nashville.
The incident occurred just after 12:30 a.m. Wednesday on Interstate 40 East between the White Bridge Pike and Charlotte Pike exits.
Police told Nashville's News 2, two people were inside of the vehicle when the driver lost control of the vehicle causing it to rollover and land on its side.
One person was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries. The other was taken into police custody.
Police are trying to determine which person was behind the wheel.
No further details were immediately released.
The investigation is ongoing.
