Bar shooting suspect surrenders to police

Phillip Morton, 49, turned himself into police Saturday afternoon.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

The suspect accused of shooting and killing another man at the Hard Times Bar and Grill on Dickerson Pike is now in jail.

Phillip Morton, 49, turned himself into police Saturday afternoon.

Morton refused to speak to detectives about the shooting, which led to the death of 29-year-old Keith Gaston.

Morton is being held on a $350,000 bond.
