Police investigate vandalism at Dickson County H.S.

Crews spent the overnight hours Wednesday cleaning up Dickson County High School after vandals broke into the building and set off fire extinguishers.

School district leaders said the vandalism happened sometime between 9 p.m. and Midnight at the school located on Henslee Drive in Dickson.

There was no permanent damage but the cleanup took several hours.

Authorities are reviewing surveillance video to try and identify the suspects.

The Dickson Police Department is assisting with the investigation.

School opened as scheduled on Thursday morning.
