Body found in car in Madison parking lot

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Metro police are investigating after a man's body was found in a car parked in a Madison parking lot.

The discovery was made around 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Walmart parking lot located in the 100 block of Gallatin Pike North.

Police told Nashville's News 2 there were no obvious signs of foul play.

The man's identity was not immediately released.

The investigation is ongoing.
