Cookeville police investigate report of naked driver - WKRN, Nashville News, Nashville Weather and Sports

Police in Cookeville are investigating a report of a naked driver seen midday Friday in the area of Seventh Street.

According to the Cookeville Herald Citizen, someone called the Cookeville Police Department around Noon and reported having seen "an unknown naked subject driving a car in the area of 7th and Walnut."

The driver was described as a white male believed to be in his 40s.  He was hairy and overweight and driving a gray Buick Riviera, the complainant told police. 

Officers searched the area, but did not find the offender.
