Sounds beat Iowa Cubs

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

The Nashville Sounds started their home stand with a 4-3 win over the Iowa Cubs Monday night at Greer Stadium.

Pacific Coast League Hitter of the Week Caleb Gindl continued to carry the team at the plate with his 12th homerun of the season.

Brian Baker got the start and picked up his fourth victory of the season.
