Woman wanted for attempting to pass fraudulent checks

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. -

Hendersonville police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying a woman who attempted to pass fraudulent checks.

Police reported the suspect tried to use the checks, which were stolen during a recent burglary, at a Nashville location on Tuesday.

Anyone with information on the woman's identity is asked to contact police at 615-264-5303 or Crime Stoppers at 615-573-5400.
