COLUMBIA, Tenn. -

A Maury County man is in federal custody after child pornography was found on a computer in his apartment.

According to the Columbia Daily Herald, Kenneth Saltsman, 37, was arrested last Wednesday after the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation executed a search warrant at his home on Southport Road in Mt. Pleasant.

Saltsman was charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor.

He was held overnight in Maury County jail and then transferred to Nashville, where he remained in federal custody Monday.

Additional charges could be filed in the case, the newspaper reported.
