Lake City woman indicted on charge of hiring hit man to kill ex-boyfriend

CLINTON (WATE) - A Lake City woman accused of hiring a hit man to kill her baby's father last year has been indicted on a charge of solicitation of first degree murder.

Teresa Wright, 43, was arrested in October 2011 following an undercover investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

Authorities say Wright offered to give her 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier in exchange for killing her ex-boyfriend.
