NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
A shooting victim identified the gunman who fired shots at him in a parking lot earlier this month after he awoke from a coma.
According to a report in The Tennessean, Shamir Price allegedly shot Christopher Lee multiple times in the parking lot of Tennessee Village Apartments in the early morning hours of August 2.
Lee was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center following the shooting where he remained in a coma for a week.
After he awoke he told police the gunman was someone who lived at the apartment complex.
Price, 24, was taken into police custody on Thursday.
He is charged with attempted murder, among other charges.
He was jailed on a $430,000 bond.
