FRANKLIN, Tenn. -
A waitress working under an alias at a restaurant in Franklin was arrested Wednesday night for her alleged involvement in a cocaine smuggling operation in Kansas.
According to Franklin police, 24-year-old Sandra Lozoria, of Wichita, had been working at Camino Real on Columbia Avenue for the past two months.
She was taken into custody at the restaurant around 7 p.m.
Lozoria faces one count of conspiracy to deliver cocaine and two counts of using a telephone in furtherance of drug trafficking.
Franklin police surrendered her to agents Wednesday night and she remains in federal custody.
