NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Rumba Rum Bar and Satay Grill is closing its doors after a 10-year run.

According to The Tennessean, the eatery located on West End Avenue is closing when their lease ends on September 30.

Rumba is known for signature cocktails, popular satay dishes, and tacos.

The restaurant did not say why they did not plan to renew their lease.

The restaurant is part of the Green Apple Restaurant Group, who also owns local Nashville restaurants Jackson's and Fuego.

While Rumba is closing down, Nashville is welcoming three new restaurants.

A southern-inspired bistro called Silo is opening at 1121 Fifth Avenue North in Germantown. The new restaurant will open its doors Thursday, August 16.

The menu will feature farm-fresh fare along with sweet and savory snacks, including skillet cornbread and buttermilk biscuits.

A restaurant featuring a culturally mixed selection of items will be opening on the ground floor of the Encore building.

Etch is scheduled to open August 27 and will feature menu options including a Moroccan-spiced duck breast with ginger carrots and pear sauce and a seared cauliflower "steak" with miso blue cheese gravy and caramelized onions and fennel.

In east Nashville, neighbors welcomed Lockeland Table Community Kitchen and Bar on August 9.

The eatery, at 1520 Woodland Street, serves up wood-fired pizzas, steak frites with roasted tomato aioli and fish dishes.
