WGNS: Grandfather Leaves 3-Year Old Unattended in Car

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -

A Murfreesboro man was issued a citation for leaving his three-year-old grandson alone in a car on Tuesday.

The incident occurred in front of Kroger located on Lascassas Pike.

According to WGNS Radio, the grandfather reported to police he left the boy in the car because he was being too bossy.

Police said it took around 10 minute to locate the grandfather.

He faces a misdemeanor charge for leaving the boy unattended.
