REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. (AP) - Rehoboth Beach police say a Tennessee man has been charged with DUI after an alleged hit and run.
Warren Allen III, 28, of Nashville was also charged with resisting arrest with force and numerous other offenses. He was released on $5,900 secured bond.
Police tell the Daily Times of Salisbury that on Sunday, Allen was involved in a hit and run accident near First Street and Maryland Avenue.
Officer say once he was found, Allen became combative, kicking officers and emergency service personnel.
