WETUMPKA, Ala. (AP) - A 21-year-old woman has been arrested for the second time in Wetumpka on a charge of trying to help her brother break out of jail.

Elmore County authorities said Tuesday that Jessica Caspari is in jail on a charge facilitating escape.

She's accused of working with another woman to get information to her brother about the design of the exterior of the jail, including windows and doors.

WSFA-TV reports she was also arrested in June on charges of facilitating an escape and promoting prison contraband.

Her brother, Josh Caspari, is in the jail awaiting trial on a capital murder charge for the Feb. 15 death of Anna Cardwell.
