Crews battle vehicle fire along I-440

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Interstate 440 was partially blocked off Tuesday morning after a vehicle caught fire.

The fire was reported just before 6 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of I-440 near the Nolensville Pike exit.

Two lanes were shutdown while crews worked to contain the flames.

The roadway has since reopened.

No injuries were reported.
