Bicyclist killed in West Memphis collision - WKRN, Nashville News, Nashville Weather and Sports

WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. (AP) - Authorities say a Memphis man was struck and killed while riding his bicycle on Interstate 55 in Crittenden County.

Arkansas State Police say the collision happened early Sunday at the 3 mile marker on I-55 in West Memphis.

Authorities say 47-year-old Pierre McReynolds was riding his bike in the right lane of I-55 south when he was struck by a Mack truck.

State police say McReynolds was pronounced dead at the scene.

The truck's driver wasn't hurt.
