NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
Country superstar Dolly Parton celebrated her latest gold record at Cracker Barrel on Friday morning.
Parton's latest project, a two disc CD and DVD collection entitled "An Evening with Dolly" is sold exclusively at the restaurant.
The collection gives fans a special behind-the-scenes look at her sold out shows in London, as well as takes viewers backstage with some personal time with the country crooner.
"You never get too old, too callused to feel the success and at my age I'm thrilled to get anything," Parton told Nashville's News 2.
The self-proclaimed backwoods Barbie has spent the last few years spending time touring the world; however Parton said she is planning to take some time to spend with her family.
"I have a good time. I enjoy it I've taken a little time off for a little while now," Parton said. "I don't know when I'll be touring again but I'm sure one of these days I'll get a hankering to head back on the road. I'm a gypsy."
Dolly added that she is continuing to write her life musical and a few songs, with hopes of partnering up with country legend George Jones.
