1 shot in leg following south Nashville argument

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

An argument early Friday morning led to a man being shot in the leg.

Metro police told Nashville's News 2 two men were fighting inside a home on Lewis Street in south Nashville around 2:30 a.m. when one of the men started firing shots.

The victim was shot in leg and suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Police arrested the suspect a short time later.

No other information was immediately available.
