Metro police have arrested two men alleged to be responsible for a murder that occurred in south Nashville more than a decade ago.
Forty-one-year-old Darron Fletcher and Rickie Anderson, 39, were indicted for first degree murder for the shooting death of Angel Dominguez on December 8, 2001 at an apartment located on Plum Nelly Circle.
A witnessed previously reported Dominguez was confronted by two men and was fatally wounded after answering a knock at his door.
Police believe robbery is a likely motive in the deadly shooting.
Authorities said Fletcher was arrested at the intersection of Fain Street and Fairfield Avenue earlier this week.
Anderson was arrested in the case last March.
