NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
Foul play is not suspected in the death of a man whose body was discovered late Sunday morning off Charlotte Pike in west Nashville.
Police told Nashville's News 2 they received a call about a man yelling by the river off Charlotte Pike and Davidson Drive around 11:30 a.m.
Officers responded to the scene and found the unidentified man's body.
While autopsy results are pending, Metro police said Monday it appears the man died as the result of an accidental drowning.
