Owner used repair shop to sell drugs, police say

Ricardo Garcia, 38, was arrested following a several month investigation into narcotics trafficking.

SMYRNA, Tenn. -

Smyrna police arrested the owner of a local auto repair shop following a several month investigation into narcotics trafficking.

Detectives allege Ricardo Garcia, 38, owner of Old Nashville Complete Auto Repair, sold the drugs out of his shop.

He was arrested July 20 on felony drug and weapon charges and booked into the Rutherford County jail on an $110,000 bond.

Smyrna police said the investigation is ongoing and additional charges are possible.
