Rae Buggs is charged with criminal homicide.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -
Metro police have made an arrest in the fatal shooting of a 32-year-old man outside of a north Nashville market in mid-June.
Rae Buggs is accused of killing Jason Thomas outside Harper's Market in the 2600 block of Jefferson Street.
According to police, Thomas was standing with a group of people when Buggs drove up and fired multiple shots.
He is charged with criminal homicide.
The motive behind the shooting remains under investigation.
Police said Buggs has previous convictions for drug possession and resisting arrest.
