Murfreesboro man faces 2nd indecent exposure charge in month

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -

Murfreesboro police arrested a man for a second time for indecent exposure on Monday night.

Dalton Carter was taken into police custody at Barfield Park.

According to police, the 18-year-old was seen masturbating outside of Bink's Outfitter's at Stone's River Mall earlier in the evening.

Carter admitted to police he was taken into custody for indecent exposure outside of a nearby Walmart located on Old Fort Parkway just last month.

Carter told police that he has a problem and wants to get help.

He is charged with indecent exposure and was transported to the Rutherford County Sheriff's Department.
