NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Police have determined that robbery was the motive behind the murder of 28-year-old Victor Parham earlier this year.

Parham was killed on March 15 at his home located in the 900 block of Allen Road in Donelson.

Authorities said three men, including Parham's former roommate 40-year-old Rodney James, have been indicted on murder and robbery charges.

Police said Jones is alleged to have recruited 19-year-old Alberto Conde-Valentino and 22-year-old Xavier Tull-Morales to take part in the home invasion that consequently resulted in Parham's death.

Jones has since been taken into police custody. He remains jailed in lieu of a $500,000 bond.

Conde-Valentino has also been taken into police custody.

Tull-Morales remains at large and is believed to have fled to Florida.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
