A private music teacher accused of performing lewd acts near a Spring Hill elementary school last year was convicted on Thursday.
Daniel Torroll was taken into custody by Spring Hill police near Allendale Elementary School on August 11, 2011 after an officer witnessed him performing sex acts on a child-like doll.
The arresting officer, Weston Simmons, reported the man was naked and in a location where he could be seen by people driving up to the school.
Officer Simmons has since presented the case to the Williamson County Grand Jury.
"He was completely nude and I noticed his hips were moving in a forward motion," he said.
Simmons continued, "I could see blond hair and a small head, and I actually thought there was a child being raped."
Simmons reported Torroll told him he suffers from attention deficit disorder and can't control his impulses.
He also reportedly said he had fantasized about having sex with a doll under the bridge.
Torroll previously told Nashville's News 2 he was unaware the bridge was considered to be on school property.
Torroll was found guilty of two counts of public indecency and two counts of indecent exposure.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on August 20.Previous Stories:
