NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

The Metro Nashville Police Department has an updated look following a donation from a local automotive Nissan dealer.

Nissan donated a 2012 Titan pickup truck wrapped in the Crime Stoppers logo.

In an official unveiling at North Precinct Friday morning, Chief Steve Anderson said the truck would be used at events and crime scenes as a mobile billboard.

Over the last 29 years, Crime Stoppers has gathered tips on more than 200 murders, 700 armed robberies, and 300 burglaries. Those tips have lead to more than 20,000 arrests.

Crime Stoppers operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The hotline is 74-CRIME. All calls are anonymous.
