Forbes names Titans among most valuable sports teams

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

Forbes magazine recently named the Tennessee Titans among the world's most valuable sports franchises.

The Titans are valued at $964 million.

The magazine ranked the sports team as No. 32 on the ‘World's Most Valuable Sports Franchises in the World.'

Manchester United, the "Premiere League" soccer team topped Forbes' list with an estimated value of $2.3 billion.

The New York Yankees and the Dallas Cowboys tied for third.

The Tennessee Titans kick off their season on August 11 in Seattle.
