More shower activity can be expected. In some locations over the next 24 hours, 1-2 inches can fall in area neighborhoods. However, most spots will only see light scattered showers. Rain can be expected in places like Nashville, Cookeville, Paris and Pikeville just to name a few locations.
Lows tonight will drop into the lower 70's from Nashville, to Waynesboro to Clarksville.
The weekend outlook calls for more widely scattered showers. There will be sunshine mixed in here as well, allowing temperatures to rise into the upper 80's to even lower 90's in a few locations.
Right now, scattered showers will continue into the first part of next week.
