SOUTH PITTSBURG, Tenn. (AP) - Marion County Sheriff's officials say a man has been reported missing nearly four months after family members lost track of him.

The Chattanooga Times Free Press reported Roger Tant of South Pittsburg was last seen March 10 and his wife never reported him missing.

Sheriff's Detective Matt Blansett said Tant's sister Connie Case called police on June 28. She had called him at his birthday in May and discovered he had disappeared. After her attempts to find him failed, she reported him missing.

The 54-year-old Tant's wife, Patricia Tant, told investigators she last talked with her husband by telephone on March 10 and he didn't say anything about leaving.

He was gone when she returned to their home.

Tant's vehicle wasn't taken and his bank account hasn't been accessed.
